Our colleagues at the Arab States Research & Education Network (ASREN) will be presenting at the theme-park inspired, virtual Internet Society conference.
From 16 to 18 November, ISOC Community Week will be online in a different way. There will be live sessions to attend, there will be exhibition booths to visit, there will be lounges where members can interact with each other, and there will be ways to learn about different parts of the Internet Society community. Internet Society projects will be on display and local Internet victories will be celebrated.
What better way to address today’s Internet challenges than to bring the whole Internet Society community together? And why not make it productive and fun, with a virtual theme park of innovations and solutions? There is something for every time zone, as the event will be operating on rotation, so you don’t have to miss a thing!
Start at the welcome area where you’ll find details for each whirlwind day. From there, visit the various attractions around the theme park including stations that include live sessions, community lounges for networking and getting to know the various parts of the Internet Society community, exhibition booths run by community members, and much more.
From grassroots initiatives to groundbreaking change, Community Week will highlight the importance of addressing key Internet challenges. It’s a chance for members to learn about the important achievements of their like-minded companions all over the world—while sharing their own stories and perspectives on how to make the Internet better and safer for all.
