Women in Mauritius are breaking barriers and excelling in various tech domains, contributing directly to the island’s objective of empowering women and achieving gender equality. From software development and cybersecurity to data science and artificial intelligence, their contributions are reshaping the industry and dismantling gender stereotypes. As women actively participate in startups, lead tech companies, and engage in innovative projects, they demonstrate their expertise and leadership capabilities, challenging traditional norms and promoting inclusive work environments.
Community Support and Mentorship
